K-TORK Accessories.

 

 

 

K-TORK speed controls adjust the OPEN & CLOSE stroke time of the actuator. Always remember to allow full air supply pressure to the actuator and create speed control by restricting the air as it is exhausted from the actuator. There are two types:

Exhaust Speed Controls – Precision solenoid valve exhaust “snubbers” monitor and muffle the supply air as it is exhausted from the actuator.

  • 1/8”, ¼”, 3/8” & ½” NPT sizes available.
  • Adjustable & accurate valve cycle times.
  • Lock nut to ensure repeatable speeds.
  • Muffler silences exhaust air during actuator stroke.

Inline Speed Controls – Install between the solenoid valve and the actuator. They allow “free flow” supply air into the actuator and restrict the exhaust air in the opposite direction. Generally mounted in the actuator supply air ports.

  • ¼”, 3/8” & ½” NPT sizes available.
  • Adjustable & accurate valve cycle times.
  • Lock nut to ensure repeatable speeds.

K-TORK combination air filters ensure the long life of K-TORK actuators. Both sizes consist of a particulate upstream pre-filter and a coalescing downstream filter.

  • Particulate filter rated to 5 micron particles.
  • Coalescing filter rated to 0.1 micron particles.
  • Available in 3/8” and ¾” NPT sizes.
  • Includes differential pressure indicator and gauge.
  • Includes automatic drain bowl.
  • Includes liquid level indicator.
  • Rated to 250 PSI maximum supply pressure.
